This blog was created on March 30th, 2007 and is about sharing all things ArchiOffice. Like all architectural offices, we carry out administrative functions which include non-project contacts and internal non-architectural projects. This information is confidential and should not be distributed internally.

Currently a User with no priveleges can view all the office's contacts information and projects.

How do we set preferences such that a User can view only contacts and projects assigned to that user?

Gary,

There currently is no way to prevent a user from accessing the full Contacts and Projects databases. My recommendation would be for you to use the HELP pulldown menu in ArchiOffice and submit this as a feature request. By submitting your ideas there, you are able to track their progress and our development team can also contact you directly if they have questions.
